Synergetic Safety Management Solutions was incorporated in Alberta on January 6, 2011 and provides safety consulting services throughout western Canada.  The Company name evolved from our commitment to cooperative action and the creation of safety management solutions that are truly a reflection of individual organizational cultures and needs.  Synergy is created when things work in concert together to create an outcome that is in some way of more value than the total of individual inputs.  The Company’s owner and director, Angela Hatt, has several years’ practical, hands-on experience in occupational health and safety in a variety of organizational structures, cultures and industries.  Her cumulative years of training and experience in the fields of organizational behaviour, labour relations and human resources augment her ability to identify, develop and implement workable safety management solutions.
